Obituary for John Albert Francis Major

Passed away peacefully at the Bob Rumball Home For The Deaf surrounded by the love of his family on February 1st, 2016 in his 100th year.

Beloved husband of Stella Major for 68 years. Much loved father of Wayne and his wife Carolyn, Jayne and her husband Doug, Beth and her husband Greg, John and his wife Jennifer, Annette and her husband Warren and Lydia and her partner Peter.

Cherished grandpa of Kim, Troy, Sarah, Nick, Lindsey, Katie, Chris, Jordan, Zach, Harrison, Meaghan, Brinna and Tyler and loving great-grandfather to Ashley, Bryden, Mikayla, Brett, Hailey, Hayley and Curtis.

John is fondly remembered by all of his extended family and by all who knew him.

A Memorial Service for John Major to be held Saturday April 9th, 2016 at 11:00 am in the chapel of the Bob Rumball Centre For The Deaf, 2395 Bayview Avenue, Toronto, Ontario.
