Tuesday April 26th, 2016, while in the care of Lakeridge Health Bowmanville, Grant passed at the age of 86.

His five children, Steven, Wanda, James, Paul and Darren, know that their father, the Musician – Artist - Carpenter – Loving Grandfather and Leaf Fan, is in a much better place now.

Fondly remembered by his grandchildren: Derek, Crystal, Kayla, Mat, Skylar, Cheyenne, and Mace [Wanda of Oshawa]; Kyle and Sara [James and Robyn of Oshawa]; Mitch and Taylor [Paul and Tanya of Omemee].

In respect of Grant’s wishes, there will be no visitation(s) or formal service. Cremation has taken place.

The family thanks Rick, Melissa and the staff of Barnes Memorial Funeral Home for their sensitivity and care.

In memory of Grant, the family appreciates memorial donations to Alzheimer Society of Canada or The SickKids Foundation.
