Obituary for Martinus Zylstra
Passed away at Orchard Villa on Sunday October 29th, 2017 at the age of 101.
Predeceased by his wife Elisabeth (2000).
Loving father of Harry and his wife Helen of Brooklin, Gus and Laura and William (late Laurie).
Loved and respected grandpa of Katharine (David), Jamie (Jenny), Charlene (Byron), Marty (Lindsay) and Caleb (Andrea) Predeceased by his granddaughters Bethann and Awna.
Great grandfather of 15.
Martinus was one of 10 children, he is predeceased by his brothers and sisters and survived by Duke Zilstra and his wife Edith and Jan Zylstra and his wife Liesje.
Survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation on Friday November 3rd from 10:00 am at Emmanuel Reformed Church, 401 Rossland Rd. West Whitby until time of funeral service in the Church at 11:00 a.m.
Interment will follow at Groveside Cemetery, Brooklin.
Memorial donations to a charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family.
