Passed away at Lakeridge Health Oshawa on Thursday March 15th, 2018 at the age of 74.
Loving wife of Nicolaas for 54 years. Loving and cherished mother of Robert of Gatineau and Brenda Leach and her husband Steven of Whitby. Much loved Oma of Jodie, Austin, Robert and Rebecca.

Dear sister of Kees (Liz), Riet (late Frank), Wilhelmina (late John), Peter (Pat), Theresa (late Bernie, late Conrad), Nella (Ed), Lyz (John), and the late John. Sister-in-law of Jack (Julia), late Riet and Cor, late Tony and Cathy, Surviving Cathy, Ann (late Hank), Joe (late Margaret), Cathy (Pete), Nell (Gerry), Paul (Rita), Ronnie (Larry), John (Jane), Frank (Paula), Margaret (George), Jerry (Carla).

Fondly remembered by many nieces and nephews and their families.

A very special thank you to Monica Foley, Maureen and Rodney Ledger for their compassion love and support, as well as all at Lakeridge Health Oshawa.

Visitation at Barnes Memorial Funeral Home, 5295 Thickson Rd. N. Whitby on Monday March 19th from 3:00 - 5:00 and 7:00 – 9:00
Then to Holy Family Catholic Church, 91 Ribblesdale Drive Whitby where Mass of Christian Burial will be held Tuesday morning at 10:30 a.m.

Interment will follow at Resurrection Catholic Cemetery.

In Jacoba’s memory memorial donations to Grandview Children’s Center, Oshawa would be appreciated.
