Peacefully on Monday April 18th, 2016 at the age of 91 with his family by his side. Beloved husband of the late Nelly (2010)

Loving father of Marianne (Ray), Trudi (Dennis), Mieke (Blair), Peter (Shelley) and Mark (Danielle).

Cherished Opa to all his grandchildren and great grandchildren. He will be missed by his family in Holland. We are all very proud to have been a part of his life.
