Passed away unexpectedly at Ross Memorial Hospital Lindsay on Wednesday October 12th, 2022 at the age of 68. Loving brother of Diane Forbes and her husband Doug of Whitby. Lovingly remembered by Dawn Lawrance of Woodstock. Step Dad of Jenn Blair (Michael), Bryan Hebert (Courtney) and their children Savannah and Cohen. Izzi is looking for Dale.
Private Service will be held at Barnes Memorial Funeral Home, Whitby. In memory of Dale memorial donations to Minden Community Food Bank or Minden Kinsmen Club.
