Donald Edward “Sully” Vipond
Passed away at Lakeridge Health Port Perry on Wednesday, March 22, 2023 at the age of 85.
Loving husband of Gloria (deceased 2008).
Much loved dad of Laurie (Jon), Debbie (Wes) and his grandson Blaine whom he loved dearly. Predeceased by his brothers Luther (Esther), Lewis (Doris), Doug (Wilda), Bill (Elinor), Tim (Stella), and his sisters Helen, Marjorie (Lorne) and Martha (Taff).
Fondly remembered by many nieces and nephews and so many close friends.
He loved his sports, especially lacrosse, hockey, and baseball. Don was born and raised in Brooklin and was a Life member of the Brooklin Legion, Brooklin Kinsmen Club and Brooklin Redmen Lacrosse Club. He was also involved in many other community organizations.
We will miss him so much.
A Celebration of Life will take place on Saturday, May 27th, 2023 from 2:00-6:00 pm at the Brooklin Legion, 56 Baldwin St, Whitby, ON.
