SNODDON, Dorothy Edith. Passed away at Hillsdale Estates in Oshawa, ON with her family by her side on Monday, November 20, 2023, in her 93rd year. Predeceased by her loving husband William (Bill) of 58 years. Much loved mother of Mike (deceased) and his wife Elke, Randy and his wife Mary Ellen, Tim and his wife Patti, Jeff (deceased) and his wife Theresa and Nancy and her husband Wayne Geen. Grandmother of Trevor, Marla, Jeremy, Nicholas, Dylan, Elyse, Julie, Lisa, Jennifer, Daniel, Westlee, Jessi, Cory, Wendy, Karly, Sarah and Emma. Great Grandmother of children almost too numerous to count – the last total was 31. Dorothy was the youngest and last surviving sibling of 7 children, born to Edith and Samuel LeCappelain of North Bay. Dorothy leaves behind her loving sister-in-law (Jean LeCappelain) in Ohio, nieces, nephews and cousins.

A Celebration of Life will be held in the spring. If desired, memorial donations to the Salvation Army would be appreciated by the family in lieu of flowers. A special thank you to Hillsdale Estates for their support and compassionate care during the last year of mom’s life.
