Jean Williams passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on November 8th, 2021 at the age of 79. Daughter of Elphege and Bertha Boutin and survived by her sisters Terry Staff and Marie Floch. Deceased siblings included Paul Boutin and Helen Haller.

Beloved wife of the late George Williams (2000) and cherished by his children Conroy, Gregson, Denise and Daryl. Much loved mother of Stephanie Banfield and Corinne Williams and grandmother to Dominique and Nicholas as well as caring dog mom to Willy.

Jean was a proud retired registered nurse and during her lifetime enjoyed many activities such as hiking, dragon boating, bridge and travelling. Her life was filled with the love of music which included the piano, ukulele, and steel pan.
Jean was a proud lifelong member of St. Thomas Anglican Church in Brooklin.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Cancer Care at the Lakeridge Health Foundation in memory of Jean.

Family and friends will gather at Barnes Memorial Funeral Home 5295 Thickson Rd. N. Whitby on November 23rd from
1:00 p.m. - 2:00 p.m. followed by a memorial service in the Barnes Chapel at 2:00 pm.

For anyone who can not attend the service, the Barnes Memorial Funeral Home Facebook Page will be hosting a livestream of the memorial service.
