Stanley Russell Powell passed peacefully with family by his side at the Village of Taunton Mills, Whitby on Wednesday March 23rd, 2022 in his 92nd year after a courageous battle with cancer. Beloved husband of the late Audrey (nee Beers). Loving father of Karyn (Russell), Kathy, Kelly (Kent) and Trish (Dave). Cherished grandfather of Elyse (James), Nicole (Douglas), Andrea (Andrew), Carly, Adam (Kris), Ashley (John), Doug, Jordyn (Adam), Jocelyn. Dear great-grandfather of Liam, Max, Hudson, Henrik, Annabelle, Isla, Leah and Brady.
Survived by his brother Harold and predeceased by siblings Betty and Don.
The family wish to acknowledge and thank the caring staff at the Village of Taunton Mills, Dunlop neighbourhood for their kindness and compassion.
A celebration of life will be planned and announced at a later date.
