Obituary for Veronica Thorne
Veronica Thorne (nee Pereira)
March 12, 1924 – July 27, 2023
Veronica passed away peacefully on July 27, 2023 at the age of 99 years. Predeceased by her husband Walter Errol Thorne, she is survived by her three children, Errol Robert, Brenda Elizabeth Watt (nee Thorne) and Claudia Dollard (nee Thorne) as well as three grand children and five great grand children. She will be lovingly remembered and sadly missed. The family would like to acknowledge and thank the staff at Revera ThorntonView Long Term Care Home in Oshawa, where Veronica spent the last years of her life. Cremation has taken place. A private service will be held for immediate family.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Barnes Memorial.
