It is with sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved husband, father, and grandfather Zacarias Emanuel Hall also known affectionately as, “Victor”. He left this world on May 15th, 2023 at the age of 84. He passed away peacefully, surrounded by family and friends. He is survived by his loving wife Reita, their four children Rosemarie (Michael), Charmaine, Andrea (Yohance), and Jesse and his loving grandchildren Simone, Alyssa, and Jaxon.

Zacarias was a Hoisting Engineer, working at various sites throughout Canada. He was also a talented musician, as he skillfully played the tuba in his former church band. He loved to pray, sing and dance. He was well known to many as an encourager, he was a very joyful, bold, and courageous personality.

Zacarias is predeceased by his sister Inez Wheeler, he also leaves behind nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Special thanks to Dr. C. Ogbunando, Saint Elizabeth Health Care, the March of Dimes, and the various nurses who all assisted in his home care.

A celebration of Zacarias’ life and legacy will be held at Crosspoint Church on 700 Ritson Road N in Oshawa on the 3rd of June, 2023. Visitation will be from 10 to 11 am, followed by the funeral service at 11:00am.
