I was saddened to learn of Lou's passing. My heartfelt condolences to his family. I met Lou almost 20 years ago when he joined the Special Investigations Branch, Ministry of Finance. Lou moved on to other branches but returned to SI several years ago.I was thrilled to have Lou return. Lou was a colleague all should strive to be. Thoughtful, smart and considerate of others. Lou was a kind, gentle man with an infectious laugh that all enjoyed. Rest in peace Lou. Bill Brown
