Obituary for Louise Patricia Hetu
Louise Hetu passed away with dignity and peacefully on January 10, 2016.
She was able to choose her time and did.
She was surrounded by loved ones when she continued on her journey.
She is predeceased by her parents Rene and Patricia Hetu and her special friend George Bartello. She leaves her sister Monique and brother- in -law Werner. She was a loving Aunt to Tara, Natasha, Megan, Nicole and Ali. We all loved her and will miss her dearly as she was such a big part of our lives.
Louise lived a full and interesting life. She had a great career at the Toronto Dominion Bank and loved it.
She travelled the world and managed to get to her favorite place Florence a few times .
She was able to live in her dream home in Niagara on the Lake for many years.
She had wonderful friends and these friendships were very long.
She recently told us she lived a great life.
It has not been easy for Louise and we thank all the people that made Louise comfortable, Hotel Dieu in St. Catherine's and Lakeridge Heath Hemodialysis, St. Michael's Hospital, Wynfield Chartwell staff, CCAC and the Supportive Care Unit at Lakeridge Health Oshawa. They treated Louise like a family member.
We will miss Louise but will carry her memory in our hearts and we will smile when we think about her .
That, is a good life!!
