Obituary for Toontje Neeltje Damstra
Passed away at Thorntonview Long Term Care Oshawa on Friday April 1st, 2016 at the age of 79.
Dearly loved wife of Bill for over 55 years. Much loved mother of Betty Van Dyk of Bowmanville and Clarence Damstra and his wife Mary of Bowmanville. Loved Oma of Ryan Richard, Kevin (Sarah), Stephanie, Ashley (Dane) and Jeremy.
Survived by her brothers Harry, Piet, Dan, Cor and her sisters Nellie and Leni. Pre-deceased by her brother Liza.
Dear sister-in-law of Engeljte and Akke. Fondly remembered by several nieces and nephews and their families.
Visitation at Barnes Memorial Funeral Home, 5295 Thickson Rd. N. Whitby from 1:00 p.m. Sunday (April 3rd) until time of funeral service in the Barnes Chapel Sunday afternoon at 2:00 p.m.
A private family interment will take place at Groveside Cemetery.
In memory of Toontje, memorial donations to the Canadian Food Grain Bank, Burlington. (By cheque)
