Passed away at Toronto Western Hospital on Thursday April 21st, 2016 at the age of 71.
Loving father of Michael Hardy of Oshawa and Greg Hardy of Brooklin. Grandfather of Elly, Zachary and Tobias.
Loving son of Helen Hardy and the late Elmer. David is pre-deceased by his Aunt Emma.
David will be fondly remembered by his many friends.
Visitation Thursday April 28th, from 11:00 am until time of funeral service in the Barnes Chapel Thursday afternoon at 12:00 Noon.
Cremation will follow the service.
