Campbell, Douglas Archibald
Passed away peacefully surrounded by the love of his family on May 22, 2016. Beloved husband and best friend of Louise Campbell. Loved and loving dad of David (Nancy), Lyndsay (Jeremy), Deanna (Terry) and Cherie (Corey). Cherished grandpa of Liam, Noah, Jocelyn, Jayden and Skye and his dog Mollie.
Doug is lovingly remembered by his mother Dorothy Campbell (the late Archibald), his brother Don (Muriel) and his sister Joan.
Special thanks to CCAC nurse Jessica Simpson, Dr McAllister, and all the supportive care staff including Jodi, Ena, and Lori Ann.
Family and friends will be received at Barnes Memorial Funeral Home (5295 Thickson Rd. N. Whitby, 905-655-3662) for a Celebration of Life Reception on Sunday June 5th from 1-3 p.m. Special memories of Doug will be shared in the garden at 2 p.m.
If desired, memorial donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Lakeridge Health Foundation for Supportive Care.
