It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of our loved Mom after a short and courageous battle with cancer at Markham Stouffville Hospital on Thursday September 8th, 2016 at the age of 61.
Cherished Mom to her two daughters Andrea Teed and her husband Nicholas and Laura Martin and her husband Paul Duncan. Doting grandmother of Vivian, Harper and Lachlan and baby Ella soon to join the family. Pre-deceased by her parents Walter and Ruth (Weise) Cox.
Dear sister of Ron Cox (Veronica), Don Jewitt (Wendy), Bruce Cox (Arlene) and Carol Ann Bechard (Darcy).
Always remembered by several nieces and nephews and their families.
Visitation at Barnes Memorial Funeral Home, 5295 Thickson Rd. N. Whitby from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Wednesday.
A service to celebrate a wonderful Mom and her family will be held in the Barnes Chapel Thursday morning (Sept. 15th) at 11:00.
In memory of Sue, memorial donations to the Markham Stouffville Hospital Foundation, Palliative Care would be appreciated. Thank you to all at Markham Stouffville Hospital and St. Michaels Hospital for their genuine care and compassion.
