Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Simone Mastrangelo can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Obituary for Simone Mastrangelo

Retired Chrysler Canada 30+ years)
Passed away with his family by his side at Lakeridge Health on Tuesday October 18th, 2016 at the age of 80.
Much loved husband of Armida for over 50 years.

Loved and loving father of Flaviano and his wife Leanne of Whitby, Ricardo of Whitby and Lisa De Souza and her husband Rob of Brooklin.

Cherished Nonno of Gabriel, Jack, Nicholas, Serena, James and Sophia.

Survived by his sisters Maria DeLauretis, Elisa Iantomasi and her husband Flaviano, Rosa Iantomasi and her husband Joe and brothers Jack Mastrangelo and his wife Elaine and Pat Mastrangelo and his wife Sandy. Pre-deceased by his brother Frank and sister Concetta Ficco.

Visitation at Barnes Memorial Funeral Home, 5295 Thickson Rd. N. Whitby (905-655-3662) on Friday October 21st from 2:00 -4:00 and 7:00 – 9:00p.m.

Then to St. Leo the Great Catholic Church for Mass of Christian burial on Saturday October 22nd at 10:00 a.m.

Entombment will follow at Resurrection Catholic Cemetery, Whitby.
