David, I met you approximately 10 years ago and from that moment I knew we would be very good friends.
You have shown me over the years that difficulties in life can be overcome with a positive outlook and support from wonderful family and friends.
Your friendship is invaluable to me and I am happy to have been a part of your life and proud to have had you in my life.
You left us much too soon, but I know you are with Jack, Norm and your other siblings and friends who have been waiting for you.
