Philip Mascoll
The links between the Robinson clan and my family go back to the 1950s and the days of the Jamaica Battalion, on through the West India Regiment and the Jamaica Defence Force. I met Dr. Robinson when myself and my sisters and his nephews, Tony, Ian, Robert, Derek and niece Carolyn, were àrmy brats and `camp children` romping through Palisadoes and UpPark, Newscastle and Moneague campa. I believe he was the only Robinson brother who attended Jamaica «college, because the others were proud Wolmerians as he was a proud `Hope Boy.`` It was wonderful to see him when «I saw him at a Jamaica College Old Boys of Canada AGM some years ago. In fact, it was ``Uncle Woogie`` who recognized me first. Ny family and myself mourn him with the Robinson clan and also celebrate his life with them. He will be missed, but his achievements are immeasurable and his mark in the World indelible. Fervet. Peace and love Philip Mascoll on behalf of the Mascoll family
