Condolence: My sincerest and heartfelt condolences to Nancy, DJ, Mitchell, Nikita, Stric Joe, Strina Ankica, Diane and the entire Benko family on Danny's sudden and unexpected passing. I will always remember and cherish growing up together with Danny and the rest of our extended families. Some of my memories include lots of get togethers where we honed our "Shnaps" card playing skills, cottaging on Katchecoma and Rice Lake and impromptu sing songs with Danny on the accordian. This was a time when we learned about the important things in life...family. Danny was a loving and caring man and his legacy will live on forever in our hearts. I hope you cherish all of the special times you had with Danny and that those memories help to console you during this very difficult time. Our thoughts and prayers are with you all.

Condolence: My heartfelt condolences to Nancy, Kuma Ankica, Kum Joe, Diane and her family, DJ, Mitchell, Nikita and to the extended Benko families.
I have known Danny all my life, as we grew up together in Toronto and up at the lake, along with so many of our close families and relatives. His unexpected passing has not only shocked us, but has left us bewildered and with great feelings of loss and sorrow.
Danny was instrumental as a talented musician who provided thousands of people with the pleasure of song and dance at numerous Croatian venues that will be fondly remembered, while often incorporating some classic rock for the crowd to enjoy. There were so many memorable times!
Danny, you have touched so many lives, in so many ways. You will be missed. To quote Irving Berlin, "The song is ended but the melody lingers on..." May you rest in peace....Suzy and family
