The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Lance Beath can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

COA Santa

I'll always remember the pleasant time I had with Lance in Cannington doing appraisals of several farms and in-town properties, when we were with Central Ontario Appraisals. I was the inexperienced novice and he was the expert but he made me feel at ease and was very helpful. My favorite memory is the time Lance surprised us all and came into the office as Santa Claus. He was hilarious and made a great Santa!
