The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Lance Beath can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Thank you.

Condolence: Sorry to hear of Uncle Lance's passing. He was such a bright spark and fun to be around. Strong but fair. I remember coming to the farm with my family and going down the river on was it a wagon at the time ( I was younger and my memory evades me). Family gatherings at the Beath's place with great food and conversation. I will remember Uncle Lance with very fond memories. x00x Diane

Condolence: To Lance's family.
So sorry to hear of Lance's passing.
I have known Lance for over 60 years from when he sold Agrico fertilizer to my father on the home farm at Tyrone, Ont.in the early 1950's.We did not meet again until February 1962 when we met in Newmarket at a week long training course for newly hired Farm Credit Corporation employees. Neither of us knew that the other was joining FCC at that time. We both becaame accredited appraisers while with FCC. I left after 16 years to become a fee appraiser out of London Ont. and after a number of years Lance retired from FCC and as you know was a fee appraiser for a number of years. After he retired from doing that he quite often completed sales research for me when I had an assignment in his general area.Lance was a fine gentlemen and a true friend. He had the privilege of being married to Barb and Marg, two lovely ladies. All the best.
